7th Annual Friendly Sons of the Shillelagh Belmar 5K from Bar Anticipation, Belmar. Race goes through the great Jersey Shore towns of Belmar, Lake Como and Spring Lake. One Mile Walk and Kid’s Races too. Post race party at Bar Anticipation (703 16th Ave, Lake Como, NJ) with free barbecue. Many awards to include age groups.

Post Registration and Bib & TShirt Pickup – Shillelagh Club ( 815 16th Ave, Belmar, NJ) Friday Oct 1 5pm – 7 pm and Race Day 7:30 am – 8:45 am
This years race is dedicated to retired Belmar Police Captain Pat Magovern.
